The Contractee waives all rights to dispute charges, seek legal recourse, or contest terms under any jurisdiction. Any delay in payment or objection will result in automatic penalties, which may include the seizure of assets, suspension of personal accounts, and mandatory participation in promotional campaigns. The Contractor reserves the right to modify or terminate this contract at any time without prior notice, and continued use of services constitutes perpetual acceptance of all future amendments.
